Composed by Hiroshi Okubo. This song is from the mission, "Seagull". Hiroshi, along with Tetsukazu Nakanishi, each did songs that added up to being the entire soundtrack to Ace Combat 2. Tetsukazu took over as sound director thereafter doing the majority of the songs for AC3 while Hiroshi focused more on the Ridge Racer series (i.e. Ridge Racer Type 4).

Junichi Nakatsuru (????) composed this track, which is titled "Calm". He's been with the Namco Sound Team for a few years. He's also worked on various games such as Ace Combat 4 and Soul Calibur 2.

He did most of the songs for the soundtrack. The rest were done by Ace Combat 3 sound director, Tetsukazu Nakanishi (????). It's unknown why an OST was never released...
