This song, I've been told, was written for Olivia Harrison, but I have read that was written about pattie in 1969 (only some verses as you can notice on the demo) and it was finished in 1976 when George was already married to Olivia.. so it maybe was about Pattie at the beginnig but it was unfinish, and and the Olivia inspired George to finish it, who knows =)
