The device is part of a feedback sculpture I am building. The casing isn't all finished yet as you can tell from the microwaveable plate holding the water.
Sorry about the low quality video, it's all I can manage right now but it looses a lot of the subtlety.
I'm testing out the basics with it right now and as you can see the water seems to like tool quite a bit.

took an apple juice an and fit it over a small speaker, streched saran wrap over the top of the open can and affixed with tap and elastic bands. Played Jimi Hendrix. The mixure is fine arts oil paint and linseed oil.
